The Asian Handicap Calculator handles all three line types used in soccer (and increasingly other sports) Asian Handicap markets: whole lines (e.g. -1, +2) which can push and refund the stake, half lines (e.g. -0.5, +1.5) which always settle Win or Lose with no possibility of a push, and quarter lines (e.g. -0.25, +0.75) which split your stake across two adjacent half lines and can settle as Half Win or Half Lose.
